Kardashian Curse strikes Reggie Bush

Photo by: LVP/starmaxinc.com 2010 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED 2/13/10 Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush at The Queen of Hearts Ball at Lavo. (Las Vegas, Nevada)

The little known Kardashian curse has struck down its heavy hand on Reggie Bush today. Reggie is reportedly having his Heisman trophy taken away that he won in 2005, over taking money while in college. The Heisman committee who really just does whatever they want, which is apparent by Florida QB’s always winning Heisman’s…

Yet I digress and focus on the real issue at hand here, the Kardashian sisters do one thing for their men while they are together, win championships and make them great players. So Reggie was with Kim and living the good life of being a champion…until the day they broke up and it all started to go downhill for Reggie.  The NCAA investigation, then the awards start going away and really he is one step away from completely falling apart and only being able to date Jessica Simpson! If only he would not have ended the relationship with Kim he would not have had to endure the dreaded Kardashian Curse!

Heed this warning Miles Austin do not break up with Kim…it will only result in injury!

College Football Week 1 Free Picks

College Football has arrived here and we are at week one of the college football season, we start out with a full slate of games only a handful will be entertaining. Its labor day weekend so the games are spread out from Thursday till Monday.  I have hand selected some games here that will be good plays for the weekend so check em out and enjoy the weekend.  For all the fans out there I will be doing NFL Picks here shortly and will have picks out earlier every week, also look to see a lot the picks done in video format!
Southern Missisippi at South Carolina
South Carolina comes in at home as 14 point favorites and of course wee look for them to win but I look to see the game a little closer then most people think. The two QB system that Steve is running never works and always results in both QB’s not doing well. I would look for no heart Garcia to get into trouble and keep So. Miss in it! Historical trends for all you people out there show the game will play out like this also, South Carolina never wins big and Southern Miss always covers in September!
Take Southern Miss +14
Pittsburgh at Utah
Pittsburgh returns all world running back Dion Lewis…but I hope they told him their offensive line only returned one starter, does he have the holes with the weak line to keep up with Utah.  Pitt has a freshman QB and unless Dave Wannstedt himself plays I don’t see them keeping up with Utah. Utah historically with time to prepare is unbeatable, with a summers worth of practices look for them to tee off on Pitt! This line is really at pick em with the home three point advantage going to Utah and I say take it and bee happy with it!
Take Utah -3
Rest of the Weekend Picks will be coming shortly just wanted to get Thursday games out there….

Family Values and Conduct Detrimental to the league?

Pittsburg Steelers quarterback Ben Rothlisberger looks to pass during the fourth quarter against the Baltimore Ravens at M & T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland on December 14, 2008. The Steelers defeated the Ravens 13-9. (UPI Photo/Kevin Dietsch) Photo via Newscom Photo via Newscom

Family values and Ben Rothlesberger may seem like a weird headline considering his recent problems with law regarding the ladies.  Ben has been the butt of many jokes and taken a lot of scrutiny by the league for his actions that night in the bar. The facts we know are this that he behaved inappropriately with members of the opposite sex on a couple of occasions.  He was later accused of rape by the female in question yet later all charges were dropped.  Ben still had to deal with strong arming from Roger Goodell though. Roger went ahead and antied up a 6 game suspension based on Ben’s “Conduct Detrimental to the League.”

To sum up Ben just gave the appearance to the league that he was not acting accordingly to what values the NFL wanted to portray to the public…..

…Really values you want to portray..Ben is a saint compared to many other players in the league. I give you a prime example below:

Let me sum up Mr. Cromartie to you he has so many kids from so many different women he can’t remember there names!  Yet since he was not accused of breaking any laws he is not suspended like Ben was.  The tricky issue of  “conduct detrimental to the league” comes up again, so we are saying that Ben was detrimental to the league for being falsely accused of a crime, yet having 7 kids by 6 different women in the last five years is not a bad image to the league! I would not ride crapartie about it so hard if he was on time for all of his child support payments bu the fact of the matter is he is not.  That brings up another point if you are late paying your child support that is not detrimental to the league!

So here is my message to Roger Goodell lets be fair across the board, lets start punishing the people who don’t uphold the image of the league in all aspects. This is not the NoFatherLeague its the NFL Roger!
